Not sure I am looking forward to walking down past that pub next to station, to get bricks lobbed at me again. But this is a big game for both of us, I really want to see what our lads can do in what is going to be a very hostile ground.
The home Cup game will have been an eye opener for the new lads, league games are different prospect.
Just hope that the scenes of last time we were there are not repeated, innocent fans and kids being targeted by the cowardly Noblot scum.
Police caused most of that last time by wading in to their fans instead of shepherding them away from the coaches. Will be lively with 4,000 Tics there, thats for sure
Police are a waste of f#ckin space infact their actions make you think they actually encourage it.
The last few years that pub and steps has been a trouble spot. Simple put a few officers down the bottom stop them but oh no let them at the Latics fans.
Any brick that lands near me is going back in the same f#ckin direction

Will most certainly hold back the supporters which adds to the hassle
Also why do some

It did not. All it did was give the Wigan lot time to congregate on the bridge and block it.
If your keeping fans back at least clear the area first.
Most of the Latics fans had well gone by the time a few kids waited on the bridge and there were that many Police on duty they were soon dispersed by the time the Bolton fans got there. All in all the game at the DW was very well Policed.
