was a disgrace.can anyone tell me what they thought that achieved.surely a team gets booed when they have just had a mauling or they haven’t give 100% effort to win the game.i didnt watch that game last night and think to myself `that was garbage,we havnt tried to win this`,yes it was a poor game,on a poor pitch,but it was 2 teams cancelling each other out.thought bob started with the right team,maybe should have brought moses on sooner,even changed to 2 up with 30 mins to go and we weren’t behind!! js got booed when he came on,i`m sure that really did a lot for his confidence! i saw charles when the final whistle went stood with his hands on his hips,obviously frustrated,and he probably heard that booing and thought why should i give my all and get booed for it,screw off! we tried to win the game,we didnt,we got a point,thats 3 unbeaten and moved up 2 places and a clean sheet which we dont get many of these days,oh good god,what am i thinking trying to be positive! lets try a different approach sunday,lets boo them before they kick off,get on their backs right from the off,yeah that will help!!!What do these idiots want they boo when we go 2 up front trying to win the game and they’d boo if he kept it the same Martinez cant win. :roll:

I don’t think any individual deserved to get booed last night, it wasn’t lack of effort, it seemed to be a lack of ideas. We rarely looked like scoring and with the Stoke game fresh in our minds (1-0 up and lucky not to lose at the end) I think there’s a bit of frustration around that we need to be much more effective in the final third, more direct at times, more movement and bodies in the box to get on the end of chances.
I don’t agree with the booing but, i disagree when you said that it was 2 teams cancelling themselves out. for me Bolton looked like they wanted it more than us. In a game like this we should be well up for it and for most of the game we weren’t. If it wasn’t for N’zogbia we would have had no threat whatsoever. I agree that he did look gutted at the end but it’s probably due to the fact that he is trying to win games on his own as noone else looked like they wanted to.

Jason Scotland had his best game for Wigan against Stoke, were 1-0 up and cruising. Despite this, Scotland is still took off and replaced by Gomez.

Why oh why pay £2.5 million for possibly the most highly rated striker outside the PL then leave him on the bench until 10 minutes before the end?
He came on and almost scored with one of his first touches and looked the liveliest player on the pitch all evening.The sad thing was that again we were very fortunate at the end to come away with that point and again i have never seen as many mistakes from a top flight Latics team as i have with this one.
The constantly give the ball away,drop stupid airborne balls that end up in touch,pass silly balls around at the back and in midfield that put us in trouble,give crazy corners away near the end of games(our weakest aspect),attempt stupid acrobatic shots when asimple cutting pass is on. i could go on and on!
That is theteam we have today and you have the audacity to question the fact as to why the crowd booed at the end.
The performances at the moment are dreadful and we will get slaughtered if we play like that
