        Well one things for sure Boselli can’t play as a lone striker in this league, Bob’s going to have to change the style of play if he’s going to get the best out of him.

        Boselli wasn’t a bad player when we signed him his record spoke for its self, partner him with Sammon up front we just might see why he just missed out on a world cup place,

        I for one will get behind the lad if he pulls our shirt on again.

          Good post. Boselli was never given a chance. He started a handful of games, and was condemned. Rodellaga has been poor2average all season yet has managed to keep his starting place. I’d welcome Boselli back.

          We’ve missed a fox in the box since Barlow.

            Just how much do some of you lot need to see to know this fella aint up to it?

            In this league you need pace or skill to unsettle defenders. This fella is slow as molasses and cant beat a man. He has a terrible work rate, cant hold up the ball, cant head the ball and hardly looks clinical in front of goal. Just where is this rapid change in fortune gonna come from? Sammon for all his 400k has shown more promise in half an hour than Boselli has in 8 games. I really hope he proves me wrong but the signs so far dont seem too promising!

              Pity chairmon couldn’t find £4.5 mill to sign Andy Carrol when Bruce was after him.

              But lets Bobby squander £6.3 mill on a pudding. :roll:

                  I dont know why they rave about Carrol, he aint that good really ! He may prove me wrong over the next couple of seasons but I aint holdin my breath !!

                    bruce is just chatting sh1t anyway, kinear said he doesn’t know what bruce is on about I think he’s just trying to belittle wigan and big himself up as ‘knowing’ he was going to be good.
                    Also, how did we not have the funds when a few weeks later he signed charlie for 6m

                          No-one will ever be as good as hugo, just needs some1 to support him. Conner Samon looks pretty gd though, maybe a star for the future? :idea:
