Am I your going on filadelphias list now you rotter but it was said on talkshyte that if that was the case a Chelsea /Bradford final and should Chelsea finish top four Bradford would be in Europe if I’m wrong blame them

You are wrong. In the event of that likely scenario then the next best placed club in the Prem would go into the Europa League !

Correct. You have to win the league cup to be in Europe.
