The picture shows our new shop is in Clapham, London. Business must be thriving if were opening shops in the capital. Thanks for the positive news mr eggchaser.

Heard from a very good source at the weekend that the “sign” thread got deleted because the PR dept at WW got twitchy once the national press were getting wind of it and were worried that the family sport might be portrayed as a bunch of bigoted narrow minded inbreds if proper national journalists read it and so they asked the site admins to remove it ;)

No, definitely Clapham, SW4: the street that the Picturehouse cinema is on. I lived there for seven years and saw three fellas in Latics tops over the years but never any in Wigan rugby shirts (despite the amount of Aussies in the vicinity). Fair to say that the man on the Clapham omnibus had never heard of the M62 corridor’s most famous club.
