Andy Liddell would be my chosen penalty taker if it was to save my life and I would like Scott Carson to be the goalkeeper he was facing.
Never got anywhere near a penalty, but he has been a superb keeper this year. He is the only player who has shown any consistency. He HAS been our best player this year by the proverbial country mile. To save a penalty as is a lottery, if you stand on the penalty spot and see how huge this goals are, you wonder how anyone misses.

The penalty taker is expected to score. The keeper can either “win” or be “neutral”…he can’t lose.
Carson’s been great this season. But that’s the problem. He would hardly touch the ball every game if we were doing as we should
He has a shambles in front of him. We need some leadership in the back four, and we need Boyce back ASAP, he is the only leader we have.
