been trouble wherever he has been
although I will congratulate the club on this one (JB i think) spotted this one in deepest France paid a very small fee (500K) and sold on for a huge profit
The only trouble he caused at Latics was the way in which he left. He was superb whilst he was playing here, just listened to his agent instead of engaing his brain.
Totally agree Bobby C. I wouldnt mind seeing him back here tbh would be more confident with him at the back instear of Boyce, Stam, Gohouri etc
didnt like him much for the way he left our club,but i must say i hate him now with the way he was mocking us whilst warming up for chicken rovers :x let him rot!! judas

He is Mr dependable in my eyes, never gets beat 1 on 1 and gets rid when it should be. Top pro, never moans when out of team, head and shoulders above Gohouri and Stam.
