Have we ever took maximum points over Christmas and what season and division where we
1999-2000 (first season at robin park) won all the Christmas games we where in division 2 (now renamed league 1 or FL72.?) and we where comfortably on top before we crashed at home to Coldham early in January.Had a very iffy run after that and got in the play offs when we should have walked it from the position we where in.
not taking anything away from the late John benson but that team was largely built by Deehan and Mathias and a game at notts county on boxing day sticks out – we murdered them and looked easily a class .Since Saint’s got us in the Christmas spirit…got sent this on Facebook earlier.
