My wedding song – classic (tune, not wedding)
Bit harsh that, stan. What about C,S,N,YI don’t mind Crusty, Steal, Nash and Yorath, but prefer Neil Young. It’s just some of his solos sound like a bloke who has just learnt to play guitar.

I would also like to add that the lead man of said band Stuart Murdoch(did he get bullied at school) is a stiff and his voice is piss weak and his singing voice as not got any stronger in over 15 years that the twee C..NTS have existed!!!! ;)

Fooking ‘ell. The only laughable thing is a grown man getting so worked up about music.
I happen to like Neil Young – but I think his guitar playing is atrocious. (When you’ve come back down to earth from whatever you’ve been smoking re-read the post. I was knocking the solo on ‘Like A Hurricane’). It’s just my opinion.
Yes I like Belle & Sebastian even though I happen to think Stuart Murdoch’s singing is terrible, and yes they are twee, as are Camera Obscura who I also like.
I’m also a big fan of The Velvet Underground, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Teenage Fan Club, and Ben Folds amongst others, and am bit partial to folk.
You see Bob, we all have our own little peculiarities. I like a wide spectrum of music – from twee Scottish bands to more modern louder forms of music. You on the other hand like getting out of your tree and overreacting in a spectacular fashion to a comment regarding my opinion of an ageing Canadian’s guitar (and harmonica) playing.
If you are related to Neil Young – I apologise as I didn’t meant to cause offence. If you’re not – grow up man.
