Apparently when Wembley tickets go on general sale to people on the database, anybody buying will need their client code before they get to the window, you can’t just give your name and address in like you normally can, seems bizarre but the club confirmed it .
26 April 2013 at 7:36 pm #111015Can you still buy two tickets per client code even if you have bought two on your season ticket.
Need to get two more for friends that have been before but have always used my client code to purchase tickets.26 April 2013 at 7:37 pm #111016I checked the other day that you need to have a purchase history pre-dating the semi-final. You (and hence City fans) can’t just buy a ticket for tomorrow’s game and be on the database. Hence, presumably, the need to be able to check your purchase history via client code.

Need to get two more for friends that have been before but have always used my client code to purchase tickets.I don’t know – but even if so you’ll have to queue for them. There are NO internet or phone sales on Sunday.
26 April 2013 at 8:09 pm #111020Cheers chaps.
No problem with previous history as have been a season ticket holder for yonks.
Just checking that because I have already purchased tickets on my season ticket it didn’t prevent me from getting any more when they came on one sale.26 April 2013 at 8:10 pm #111021Apologies.Should be open sale.
26 April 2013 at 8:12 pm #111022Yes you can get 2 tickets per code

i need another client reference as well, managed to get 2 tickets, need another 2
26 April 2013 at 11:05 pm #111031How do people know your not City fans? Posts wise you have just joined up and it would be the kind of thing someone would try to do to get a code. Surely you know someone with a code if you have been before?
26 April 2013 at 11:32 pm #111034We should act like the ticket office. You needed to be on OUR database (ie registered on this board) before the semi-final. True Latics fans, even if it disadvantaged themselves, would understand why.
Neither of these posters satisfy that condition. Sorry chaps.
26 April 2013 at 11:37 pm #111035Just that if you look on the City boards they are willing to try anything to get in our end. Apparently the queue Sunday is going to be full of City fans trying to blag it.
Quite a few fans who are on the database from previous years to watch the City matches in the Wigan end will probably be able to get tickets i suppose.

As we queued last Sunday, a bloke was walking up and down the queue asking “anybody only getting one ticket, can I get the other?”
Honestly, I detected an accent more Miles Platting (an area of Manchester, for the unitiated) than Marus Bridge. Im almost certain he was a City fan.
Didn’t see anybody helping him out, thankfully.
