Why concentrate on a country that produce a tad over 1% of the world’s emissions?

If the UK brought emissions down to zero tomorrow, it wouldn’t make even a dent in the problem. The top ten:

    1. China: 16.4%
    2. US: 15.7%
    3. Brazil: 6.5%
    4. Indonesia: 4.6%
    5. Russia: 4.6%
    6. India: 4.2%
    7. Japan: 3.1%
    8. Germany: 2.3%
    9. Canada: 1.8%
    10. Mexico: 1.6%

Now we are having fuel protests too, bring roads to a standstill, therefore increasing fuel consumption. They can’t debate a case so ruin people’s days/lives instead.

Because Greta and her Woke followers wouldnt get any publicity in China. In fact, they’d be shipped off to some gulag before their first banner had been unfolded.

Its very easy to be the face of a movement when those around you are already converts. To have credibility, she needs to convince those who actually can make a difference to make a difference.
