For future reference should I just ask you to post a poll, or can you give us technophobes a quick idiots guide???I,ll wait to vote when we have some idea who actually is in the squad.Come on Ste, get off the fence mate and have a go, I know its early doors and the squad will change but I don’t think it will be too much weaker or stronger.
The thread will be too far down the list to find it come September when we know the full squad.I’ve had a go but its too early horc we need to see what the squad will be like.
Expected us to go up last time what with the prem money but this one will be tougher I think.A midfield spot may be good enough this season just to consolidate and get the relegation blues out of our system. Nothing much has happened since May to fill me with any great confidence and if there are more departures then we could struggle to finish so high up the table.
Whoever the players are come August i hope they or the manager dont have the same attitude as some on here.

I wouldn’t worry about the ones on here Bullit. The ones on here have one thing in common despite their diverse opinions. The ones on here have blue blood (some mixed with cherry) running through their veins and the ones on here will be there in August and will be there next August whatever league position we finish.
I would worry about the supporters who will not be there, the ones we have gathered whilst times have been good but who are gradually dwindling away.
These are the ones who will dictate our position in the league.You, me, Horc, Lostock, Nuneaton,Sammy,Filmoss, Garswood,JR, Leyland, Eggy, Standish etc etc will still part with our hard earned money wherever Latics are.I wouldn’t worry about the ones on here Bullit.
