My mate has asked me to post this on here for him,
He is running at least one coach from the Pemberton/Orrell area, it is going to be family based, men, women, children grannies etc.
The coach/coaches will be luxury models with toilets and surround sound auidio/video systems, there will be a pub/lunch stop on the way down(not M/way services) and a stop if everyone wants to on the way back.
All the coach companies contacted are quoting roughly the same prices plus the Wembley coach parking fee.
The cost will be £30 per seat MAXIMUM and could be a couple of quid cheaper if 2 coaches are filled.
Anyone interested PM me.
Remember its a ‘family do’ not an arky special(no offence intended John)
11 March 2013 at 5:19 pm #105012Everyone should take note that the Supporters Club travel is the best way to guarentee your coach travelling needs.
I am led to believe there has been a number of times people have been left without travel to a game after being let down by individual cowboy attempts to organise a coach.
I am not saying Rover and his stray mates are not trustworthy but if I was going on a coach I know I would book with the Supporters Club.
11 March 2013 at 5:42 pm #105014Hang fire with your travel arrangements for the time being lads.
There could well be an official train option in the pipeline…

Are the supporters club going to “guarentee” that people with children and older parents are not going to be on a coach full of foul mouthed oiks drinking cheap vodka from pop bottles and smoking in the toilet, like SPOILED our trip to Cardiff in the league cup – and THAT is the reason my mate is running a trip himself – where everybody will be able to walk into his PEMBERTON BASED SHOP and pay and get a receipt for the trip.
As you do on a regular basis on here you ARE sticking your nose in when you have no need to, and ARE suggesting people with genuine and legitimate intentions are “untrustworthy”, otherwise you would keep your baseless opinions to yourself.
No doubt a ‘threatening’ PM will be winging its way to me as you seem to have a recent history of such deeds. Are you dave from skem by any chance?

Hakey D :P
Sticking my nose in when I have no need to? Its a forum so if you dont want anyone to have an opinion on a subject dont post it on here.
Judging from your over the top defence you have probably just put more people off booking on your mates coach than I ever did by stating something that has been said a couple of times by the Supporters Club this season.
And as for threatening PM’s I dont know what you are talking about and neither do you for that matter.
I give Dave from Skem a bit of light hearted jip earlier in the season and recently sent Yosser Hughes a PM to say he is the worst football fan I have ever heard of followed by a love heart or something along those lines.
But dont worry you carry on taking the moral high ground as you are obviously coming across so well.
11 March 2013 at 5:57 pm #105017In fact I will throw that question back at you.
Are you Dave from skem?
You seem to know 50% of my private messaging history and write in a very similar style with the RANDOM block capital words.
Rumbled.

I only know what I see and read on here, and 2 people have accused you of sending them private messages, which I find rather strange as to why there is a need to PM someone directly – love heart or not.

Nope it was only Yosser who mentioned anything.
Try harder next time Dave.
I think the over all losing your head when anyone offers something different to what you are saying is the biggest giveaway.
And dont tell me what I sent to you/ABL was threatening you know full well it was said in jest and if you want to start throwing stones when you live in a glass house I can always post your reply excluding your seat number (im not that cruel) on here to be another chapter in Daves great meltdowns.

Your post has been noted by me Standish.
The coach/coaches I am letting people know about have already been booked, and they are family based with things like bingo and quizzes planned which are not everyones cup of tea, and they also ‘guarantee’ that there will be no gangs of boozy lads onboard, something that niether a train operator or supporters club coach can do.
I would much prefer to travel by train but family needs overide this.

Sorry but disrupt the cyber squabble too, and I know this is a ‘how long is a piece of string?’ type question, but how many people do you reckon you would get on an official train?
11 March 2013 at 6:34 pm #105025To avoid things getting out of hand can I confirm that Haker is NOT Dave.
11 March 2013 at 6:34 pm #105026Cheers for the info Standish. All this uncertainty making it impossible to arrange family, travel, work and to keep it in a financially sensible zone. Also is it right that the final is definitely a 5-30 kick off on May 11th (not tempting fate).

Sorry Dave :cheer:

I urge you to post anything you care to do so that has arisen from your ‘private conversations’ as they have nothing to do with me whatsoever.
This thread is the first time, and might I add the last time, I have ever had any form of contact with you, probably because in all my time reading, and limited time posting on Cockney Latic, I find you to be the most aggressive, reactionary, pointless, least humorous poster of all, even DFS/ABL has his novelty factor, you my friend don’t even aspire to his level, as this whole thread and your “karma score” shows.
While we getting on so well would you like me to pencil you in for a place on my mates coach?
Who knows you may even get to share the back seat with Dave and his alias’s
