Great 3 pts and pleased for Lowe as I for one haven’t been convinced and after tonight not changed opinion but slack given for important 3 points.Substitutions worked for once and would love to see Moore and Garner start and rough teams up. Typical Luton and Huddersfield win but cant do more that plug on and grab every point.
29 January 2020 at 1:59 am #184428I’d brought him off 4 times and he did that

29 January 2020 at 2:34 am #184431It hit his head and went in.Actually it didn’t.
You could see he definitely flicked it back.
A skilful goal.
Like others, I was on the point of saying to my son that you could never see Lowe scoring, and he does that!
And to be fair, the team showed some passion in teh second half after a poor first half, and they genuinely seemed delighted at the end.29 January 2020 at 2:45 am #184438Lowe was absolutely dross for 80 mins then suddenly got involved looked dangerous and scored he winner. How he wasn’t subbed was staggering but cook can stick two fingers up to us all for once. However worth noting first time he’s thrown a second striker on rather than swap like for like and hey presto
29 January 2020 at 2:47 am #184441Lowe was shocking first half. He, & the rest of the team stepped up their game big style in the second half. Hopefully a confidence boosting springboard of a win.

29 January 2020 at 2:49 am #184444As for the title of this thread. Its surprising what a bit of jumping up & down can do. Really does warm the cockles.
29 January 2020 at 2:56 am #184448Never thought I would say this, but Morsy was outstanding tonight and was my Man of the Match closely followed by the ever impressive Naismith.
Good second half performance by them all to be fair.
29 January 2020 at 2:59 am #184450Byrne, Kipre, Naismith, Morsy all superb.
Subs changed it for the better again but cooky cant make a sub can he

I thought Morsy was superb seemed to be everywhere, Naismith was quality too.
Lowe seemed to grow 2 ft taller after his goal29 January 2020 at 8:35 am #184458It’s a start but all to late I’m afraid I’m already looking at other results and teams around us win we are fooked.

Would rather see that for our remaining games and at least leave this dreadful division with some pride and prepare for a hopeful bounce back next year.29 January 2020 at 10:39 am #184460It’s a start but all to late I’m afraid I’m already looking at other results and teams around us win we are fooked.

We’re 4 points behind Charlton who I think have picked up only 8 points in there second half to the season. It’s a 4 team mini comp for me Stoke and Huddersfield were never really in it
29 January 2020 at 12:38 pm #184462I don’t know about defenders or Morsey motd for me was Moore, I thought he was our best player.
On and especially off the ball he put one hell of a shift in that eventually paid off with a goal.
Agree with the Lowe comment, for 80 minutes he stunk the place out but took the goal well highlighting he has it in the locker he just needs to let it loose.
I’m in the same boat that I think we are going to struggle to stay up but last night made change watching us score in injury rather than the opposition.
If we go down let’s go down like that last night everyone giving their best. That’s all fans want, players giving their all. If it ain’t enough then so be it.
Saying that,I through we’d blown it with the Rhodes bobbler before Marshall grabbed i. It produced a small nugget fart which I had to check on for the follow through. -
