This one will upset the boo boys. Jordi gomez has won player of the season. Well done jordi you have deserved it.
4 May 2014 at 3:08 am #130613indeed interestingly I believe he won the away player of the year award
4 May 2014 at 4:18 am #130615Why will it upset the boo boys which i have heard none in this division because he as been great shame u have to bring his achievement down
4 May 2014 at 5:15 am #130618Fantastic. Totaly deserved. Class in midfield and scores more goals than our shite so called strikers.

I dont mean to put down his achievement & sorry if it comes across that way, but maybe your lucky & sit around some of our more intelligent & appreciative supporters of gomez. Where i sit i’m in a minority surrounded by numpties.

Have a read of that again Runcorn and think about what you’ve written – the people behind you hear rubbish, and the people in front of you hear rubbish. Hmmm. ;)
4 May 2014 at 1:00 pm #130624One of those infuriating players who can play really well at one level, but isn’t able to progress to the next level.
It’ll be interesting to see how he plays over two games against QPR and possibly in a final against Derby. Will he continue to shine against two sides who have shown over 46 games to be more worthy of a place in the Premier League, or will the intensity of three premier-league standard games on the trot see him return to the Jordi of two seasons ago?

Well done Jordi.Couldn’t agree more, thoroughly deserved.
Back in the Prem this time around I think Jordi will play with a lot more confidence. The margins at the top level especially are small between success and failure.
As the chap next to me often says, how would you perform at work if you had people shouting at you that you are sh!te every 5 minutes?

I’ve just had a re-read of my post. Imagine this if you will. As i’ve said but in different terms I am surrounded by supporters who in fairness are not the most intelligent nor appreciative of our players/team. Sometimes i wonder why they actually bother turning up. The abuse that gomez gets off these people is absolute shocking, yet other players make mistakes during the game – nothing!!!!
You’ll find mr garswood i’m the good guy in this.4 May 2014 at 6:43 pm #130635Have a read of that again Runcorn and think about what you’ve written – the people behind you hear rubbish, and the people in front of you hear rubbish.
