I did post league table earlier that dnr quite rightly spotted had gone wrong of the last 18 months. It seems we are the worst of the 18 sides this season and last but I’ll do it again later

I agree we have. I’m just trying to ascertain whether the league table was lying last season or not because apparently for the 3 weeks we have been in the bottom 3 it never does.
Spent 5 million in last year and lost biggest earner to relegation rival as couldn’t compete with wages. Played some decent stuff and if games finished on 85 we would be mid table. Still lots of games left, teams playing for Manager of that there is no doubt and given our finances and attendances we are always likely to struggle in this league. Even loyal supporters like VAT don’t go to games these days unless he needs fresh air or has nothing on so always going to be a struggle for club to stay up.

Funny how the “cook out”, “the league doesnt lie” brigade seem to chanhe the subject whenever you mention last season.
I don’t think much has been as bad as this for a while vat, the old relegation to division 4 was exactly the same, late goal after late goal, during which I remember a pundit saying good teams don’t concede late. Hopefully there are some new year resolutions, I will start with a few;
I bet most of us should lose weight!
They should sack cook
Folk should stop jumping on vat
And vat should stop reacting too easily!!!
