Have a look at this, the statistics and report of our 2016-17 season.

Performance wise, both Caldwell and Joyce had winless streaks of SEVEN games without a win. Both lost their jobs on the back of these.
As it stands, Cook is on a winless streak of TWELVE games. Going off our away record, that could soon be 14 games without a win. Double the amount of what cost Caldwell and Joyce their jobs.
If, after looking at the stats from that season, and comparing them to this, anybody has the actual nerve to still back Cook, I will be highly suspicious that you are either a club employee, and a plant, or actually a member of Cook’s family. Because it is totally indefensible. Given what he has spent, and how our season has been. He shouldn’t be in the job now, regardless of contracts and costs.
Joyce is painted as the devil by some. But he wasnt as bad as this idiot we have got now. And neither Joyce, or Caldwell fed us the utter bullshit and spin that he comes out with. He is an absolute fraud of a manager and if he isnt gone by the next home game, its time to pack up.
So was the league table lying last season when we were outside the bottom 3 all season and stayed up by 12 clear points or not?
BTW…Martinez went 9 games without a win, lost 4-0 at home to newly promoted Blackpool, 6-0 to Chelsea at home (a club record), 9-1 away at Spurs (a club record) and 8-0 away at Chelsea (2nd on the record list)
