11 November 2019 at 6:23 pm #181929No, I said I will give A GAME a miss.
For my own reasons. Read it again.
And yes, I actually will do if he is still here.
11 November 2019 at 9:17 pm #181931Warnock has left Cardiff
11 November 2019 at 9:30 pm #181933No better time I say
11 November 2019 at 10:13 pm #181934Warnock has left CardiffBest manager Latics have never had. Knows how to be successful in this league with or without money.
Clubs will be queuing up to take old Colin Wanker.

And with a record like that will probably demand a decent salary
12 November 2019 at 10:10 pm #181985And so it might be …£2 million is something of an advantage but it’s only as much (or less) than we paid for each of three players bought this Summer…..
£2 million is a hell of a lot to me and thee no doubt..but in football terms ..at this level?…..I’m not saying it isn’t worth having but it doesn’t really put them in ‘a different league’ does it?
12 November 2019 at 10:37 pm #181988At this level it is nothing as you say but do we have it lying around plus the money it would take to sack Cook? We lost £7m two years ago and had to sell Will Grigg to try and cover it. I imagine we have lost money this year too.
13 November 2019 at 12:46 am #181995A bit of a risk but could be worth getting in Michael Flynn with an experienced old head as his assistant.

But as a Championship club, I really think we need to be bold. I believe Warnock wants to retire at this seasons end, but even so, I’d be intrigued to see what he could do with us from now until May. Might be worth seeing if he fancies it. And then assessing whats what in May.
But a more experienced, Championship manager we could not find.
13 November 2019 at 8:59 pm #182008Long term obviously not but Warnock is the managerial equivalent of International Rescue…….one things for sure we wouldn’t be playing league 1 next season !!!

Its going to be pretty revealing if we dont get anything from these next two aways and he is still not fired off.
I am really concerned about our club at the moment, in all honesty. We could do with a strong chairman who will grasp the bull by the horn, not keep sitting back and watching this shit show parade. Its horrible our club at the moment.

I don’t think it’s fair to say our club is horrible at the moment. Granted the first team is in a bad place, but, we have two junior teams that are doing very very well, scoring goals, and playing good stuff. Some but not all of these youngsters will make the first team (honestly they will) and when they do they will be our own.
We don’t know the future for Cook but we should remember there still is a lot of potential in the club if we look after it.
We also do a hell of a lot in the community for people of all ages and people who are less fortunate. Aside from our unique history, there are many reasons to be proud and optimistic about our amazing club.

Here here! There are loads of clubs who would give their right arm for a tiny bit of what we have achieved over the years.
14 November 2019 at 12:26 am #182014Agree but any potential left is being swiftly eroded away by cloth head.. .
