Spot on choice of words, WGTB. “Performance”, not necessarily “result”.

I think most of us are grown up enough to know that sometimes you lose – it’s the manner in which we lost the three in a week.

Spot on George! I and many others can take a beating if the team have given their all but the last 3 games have been seriously lacking in effort and application.
