Can’t wait to hear his pearls of wisdom. :P

12 January 2014 at 11:00 pm #125855Heard he was on tonight, wonder if he wears his shorts :)
12 January 2014 at 11:00 pm #125856Do you reckon he will have his full kit on?
13 January 2014 at 1:26 am #125877Apparently he was seen in the BBC studios this afternoon playing table tennis with Mark Chapman. :woohoo:
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!13 January 2014 at 3:13 am #125878No OC. Maybe he’ll be appearing on the football league show, which would be more relevent to him and the clubs he has managed.
13 January 2014 at 3:38 am #125879He was on Motd Extra at dinnertime. To be fair to him he came over alright, he mentioned us a few times and showed no bitterness at all.
Incidentally, he didn’t have his full kit on, and had black shoes (not brown) with his dark suit.13 January 2014 at 3:57 am #125881You mean I’ve missed him?
13 January 2014 at 10:14 am #125882Strange how Coyle is hated by so many yet Martinez seems to be given cult status by some and he brought in the most boring negative football we have ever seen, relegated us; turned his back on us and came back for players that he promised he wouldnt do!

But i see where your coming from.
As for coyle, he talks a good game IMO so a career in punditry perhaps better suited as opposed to management.

Martinez has Cult status because of the playing days and because of his ability to entertain. Not sure if you missed the games such as West Ham, Man Utd and Man City in the cup, but he provided the best days I have seen at the Club.
Still never sure what people expect watching Wigan.
13 January 2014 at 2:04 pm #125888Cult status as a player??
He’s not in the top ten.
Winning the cup, correct, I’ll give you that.
Pinkie.

But don’t worry. Nobody’s really bothered what you think.

No and Chapman’s head is smooth on one side and pimply on the other. :P

What a journey!13 January 2014 at 10:16 pm #125906My Dad’s got a head like a ping pong ball!
It fits to the tune of the Lone Ranger theme.
(If you sit in a box, then that’s the William Tell Overture.)
