Paul Cook changed a few things.
Brought in Pilkington, who made a big difference, and Jamie Jones kept his place, and looked assured all day. Great to see Michael Jacobs back, and a great goal too.
A really good performance, everybody put in a solid shift, lets hope its a platform to a strong finish to the season.

Jones was a lot more in control in that one game than what walton has been all season. Great debut for pilkington. Lovely, sublime touch to set up roberts. Give him another 2 or 3 games to get his match fitness up to speed, & he’ll prove to be a decent signing.

I might moan about when things aren’t going our way, but, in all my years I have never sung to our own players “Were f**kin shit!!” How embarrassing. A team who are on the verge of the play offs, hang your heads in shame.
No wonder some of the Villa players don’t give a flyer when you sing crap like that at them
For the first time in a while we kept our shape and I could see what formation we had.
Morsy was superb today, never stopped and got the better of McGinn all game. He normally runs their midfield but was outclassed today.Excellent today for the full 90. We have been showing it in parts but today we were excellent throughout.
