      Up the price of the tickets or better still up the rent and we see how loyal the chubbies are. thats why they got the biggest squad in the super league their paying hardly any rent tight barstewads ;) ;) ;)

          Surely not I was under the impression they had been purchased by HEINZ and WORTHINGTONS in a joint venture i would say that figure is a tad egaguauatated (for the chubbies reading this )

          You can’t knock them, it’s a good initiative, if Latics aren’t already doing something similar, I hope we do in the future.

          What I do find funny is how the rugby fans go out of their way to insist they are purchased tickets, when it’s a simple case of a company sponsoring a game for x amount, and recieving x amount of complimentary tickets as part of the deal.

          Then you have the rugby festival, Big One etc., it’s all going to result in their average crowd being 14,500-15,000, rather than 13,000 or so.

          As I say, good on them, but it is rather embarrassing to see them grovelling to the club about how great these things are, when not so long ago they slaughtered Latics for doing similar.
