Bollocks to the F.A cup. If we play like yesterdays commitment the matches against West Brom, Swansea and Villa are in the bag. I would happily take a 5-0 hammering against City if it ensured we got 9 points from those games.

This is controversial!
On the Tuesday before the Cup Final, Wigan play Swansea. We need to play our strongest team against them.
After the Cup Final, Wigan face Arsenal on Tuesday, and Arsenal will have had a free weekend. Then on Sunday, they face Aston Villa, who will have had a free mid-week.
If we still need points in the final week, I would certainly be prepared to send out a weaker team in one of the earlier games so that we can field our strongest team against Villa.
The battle for the Champions League is likely to continue. Arsenal play Manchester United this afternoon, while Spurs still have to visit Chelsea. On yesterday’s performance, I think that Chelsea and Arsenal will qualify, but the fight may go on until the last game.
