Better the devil you know rather than run the risk of ending up worse off on the back of guesses and promises with absolutely no idea how they will pan out.

The devil in me is a tad disappointed the vote will be to stay. It would have been interesting to see just how far off the mark the leave campaign turned out to be.

Do you know what Sammy, I’m with you on this. Thought it was just me! I just can’t afford to take the chance.[/quote]

I’ll be voting to stay but that’s not to say without many reservations. Strong arguments from both sides and you could be forgiven in thinking you might have made the wrong choice. For me it boils down to a gut feeling that we’re better in it than out. At the end of the day, stay or leave, we are still controlled by those with money and power so, better the devil you know than risk a leap in the dark.

I do not want my country run by unelected bureucrats in Brussels, for that reason alone ive voted Out.

This ‘better the devil you know’ nonsense is pathetic, grow a pair and vote OUT.

I have voted out, and when it all gets worse and goes completely tits up my conscience will be clear.
We have had a chance to make Britain great again, but not had the balls to stand up to this dictatorship. Its a good job all those lads from yesteryear who fought for this once great land didn’t have the ‘better the devil you know’ piss poor attitude to hide behind, or we would have been fucked many years ago.

            Unelected bureaucrats?

            Like the House of Lords?

MEPs are elected by proportional representation which means, God help us, that even UKIP get seats (even though Fraage doesn’t attend most important meetings, eg on fisheries, but gets his expenses).

Does Westminster have a proportional representation system?

            Which is more democratic?

Always makes me laugh that one.

I for one am as patriotic as the next Englishman and grateful that the peace that was fought so bravely for is exactly what we got.

I’ve seen some seriously sick depictions lately from leavers that if you don’t vote leave you are somehow pouring scorn or worse over what those people did for us.

              Get a grip

And we who want to leave have all been tarred as racists by a lot of the remainers.

Billy Liar, do the right thing now and resign. No way can Cameron remain PM and run a Brave New Britain. I never thought we would see this day and now watch as the Brussels house of cards collapses. We are still in it for 2 years in which time we will see it break up. Boris to be PM before Xmas.

Can’t believe what I’m waking up to, hope Boris and his chums know what they’re doing.
The pound this morning versus the Euro is 1.22 its lowest since 1985, last night it was 1.31 and the stock market hasn’t opened yet,

Expecting news of huge job losses and higher prices for everything but hey we’ll have our country back.

                      Well done leave voters
