Is there any details behind the claim he is favourite to take us over?

Apparently with the backing of foreign investors money more than likely
he’s gone and got a dodgey bank loan from some unknowns.This has gone on far far too long for me. I can only see one outcome, liquidation.
Admin are quite happy to trudge along playing the role of chairman signing players while we head for the abyss.
Not 2 weeks back we had 40 potentials then 10 now its 1 or 2. We as fans need clarity. Not from admin buy from potential buyers who have pulled out as to why they were put off from buying the club.
Something is putting them off at the final stages and we as fans have the right to know what it is whether it be what you get for your money or these cnuts admin moving the goal post
From what has been in the media and papers, this is 100% on the Administrators lack of knowledge and greed.
They only need to cover their costs and secure 25p in the pound to debtors.
Yet they have asked for ridiculous amounts of money from the outset whilst selling the very assets they are quoting for, without reducing the price.
They have ruined every club they have been in, not one came off well.
As has been said on this site, they could have sold us within 48 hours of adinistration, but their greed was valued ahead of the club.

Good shout that, but the hierarchy decided to keep shtum instead of going public, then who knows what could have happened?

What bet is that then? No proof it ever existed and if it had (legally) then as people have pointed out that work in the trade (see twitter from back around that time) it would have serious affects on gambling markets across the world. It didn’t. So it was either placed illegally or was never even placed.
There’s no conspiracies here. They had just had enough so sold us up the river. They got caught (ish) and so they “waived” their £40m
