He’s got a stadium named after him and a statue outside the stadium that is named after him. I don’t see anyone playing professional anything at the Nick Clegg Arena.

Dave Whelan SHOULD be honoured. The commerce and money, employment etc he has brought into the country. If Eamon Holmes can get an OBE……
And Kenny Dalglish should be knighted, also.
What a load of bollocks the honours system is, it’s beyond a joke when you look at some of the arseholes that have been knighted who have contributed nothing to the public service when you compare them to the NHS front line staff, Police, Fire Fighters and our armed forces.

Attended every one of the Hillsborough funerals. Not sure it will get him a knighthood though based on the government cover up of it all.
