Yet another ex-premier league player to be near bancrupt, why does this happen when they must have been paid a hell of a lot of money. Are they not taught to look after it and maybe even save?
Sorry he now suffers from depression and alcohol addiction, but surely by now there are councellors and advisors that can educate players whilst they still are playing.
