My three year old Granddaughter is making her debut at the Latics today, she will be sporting her Dads 30 year old first Latics shirt.
Its been washed this morning and is proudly hanging on the line for its first showing for nearly 30 years after being in a suitcase under the stairs.
Its a bit tatty, but Emeli is looking forward to wearing it this afternoon.
Come on WIGAN!!!

Brilliant stuff.
My 6-y-o grandson now has his fourth season ticket, and loves matchday.
Get them young.Mind you in the three previous seasons he has seen relegation-promotion-relegation. While hoping for the sequence to continue we have tried to explain to him that occasionally there will be seasons when nothing happens :)
26 August 2017 at 5:49 pm #161499My son made his debut when he was 4 against west ham in one of martinez first games. He is now 12 & has continued to come even though he has seen relegation 3 times.

27 August 2017 at 1:13 am #161516How did it go?Thanks for asking Egg. It wasn’t as bad as I expected, and could have been a lot worse.
Just a bit of whinging about being bored and wanting to go home but that only lasted for the last 87 minutes.27 August 2017 at 2:22 am #161521How did it go?

28 August 2017 at 8:28 pm #161569My lads debut was at Northampton at the old ground and the kind man on the turnstile let me chuck him over so he got in free.
28 August 2017 at 10:04 pm #161570My Granddaughter also got in for free as she is still tiny enough to squeeze through the turnstile at the same time as me. She doesn’t fancy Blackpool away tomorrow so its just me and donnyspage for that one. I don’t think me a lardy will squeeze through the turnstile with just one click though.
28 August 2017 at 10:22 pm #161571You’re an x Lardy Claude.
