They dont call me Phil ‘Billy Joyce’ Moss for nothing ya know ha ha ha !
Not one shot on target all night ! ha ha ha ;)England winning the World Cup is as likely as, say, Hull becoming the UK City of Culture.
But if Hull can win that title, then we may yet see England running round the pitch with the World Cup.
And we could even see Wigan as a future UK City of Culture.

The FA are in charge of the Premier League. It broke away from the Football League in 1992.If you read my comment again you will see that I used the word ‘Properly’ !
It depends what you mean by properly.
The revenue from the Premier League must dwarf the revenue from the national team. Which should they protect?
I can understand not supporting England and choosing to have no affiliation to any Country because you’re a club football man, or maybe following a nation your parents or grandparents came from, but not supporting England to support Germany??? Beggars belief.
