It looks like another big club will evade points deduction even though they’ve clearly broke the rules. When are the EFL ever going to be investigated for corruption ?. They need some of the EFL bigwigs’s personal fiancees going over and their offshore accounts. Does Cayman Islands ring a bell ?:-

Stinks to the high heavens so wrong on every level.
24 June 2021 at 7:31 pm #192903I read into it that they may still get relegated and probably should too.
FA Cup Winners 2013, sounds good that
25 June 2021 at 7:34 am #192914So as far as I understand it, Derby have been doctoring the actual cost of players contracts to stay within Fair Play rules. They were found not guilty then the EFL appealed and won, Derby cannot appeal an appeal.
The EFL have now asked to see Derby’s books back previous seasons to 2015-2016 onwards,
But,
The EFL have brought forward new charges for previous years but Derby have been found guilty for 2020-2021 and a points deduction should have taken place now for last seasons fraud.
This guilty charge has nothing to do with any new historical charges, the EFL are waiting on Derby handing over their accounts. So why haven’t Derby been deducted points right now for last seasons fraud which they have been found guilty of ?.
There is no apparent reason why the EFL don’t do this as I said, you cannot appeal an appeal we know that. The EFL are the ones showing high levels of corruption protecting bigger clubs purely for financial gain to their company.
Wycombe owner accuses Derby of ‘systematic cheating’ – https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/57604421
25 June 2021 at 8:44 am #192916The EFL are making it look like they might implement a points deduction on Derby with the interchangeable fixtures with Wycombe .In reality they have no intention but they have to make it look as though they are coming down hard clubs who are cheating.
25 June 2021 at 9:14 am #192917Has anyone checked with Barnsley as to which club they think should go down?

25 June 2021 at 11:13 am #192920A Derby points deduction should be done now. Looking back on historical wages transfers has nothing to do with the 2020-2021 season were they have been found guilty.
So when would the EFL be thinking of swapping over to the second lot of fixtures if they deduct points?.
I’ll tell you, this season and Derby will beat the drop anyway even with 12 points deducted.
Bet its more like 6 points.
Wycombe are been rodgered just like we did similar to the likes of Sheffield Weds, Derby will always be looked after.
Truly bent and its about time MP’s stepped in. This is corporate corruption at the highest level and the EFL are judge and juror25 June 2021 at 12:39 pm #192921Has anyone checked with Barnsley as to which club they think should go down?
Wycombe have asked Barnsley to represent them at the next hearing.
26 June 2021 at 8:53 am #192922Wycombe were chief drivers in having the L1 season curtailed and using a straight PPG method as it propelled them from 8th place (most of their remaining fixtures were away where their record was shit) into a playoff spot. The fact that Peterborough were the team to move down to 7th place by Wycombe’s antics and now Peterborough replacing Wycombe in the Championship is true Karma.
Wycombe are the ultimate shithousery club.
That said, I hope any punishment given to Derby is such that it makes their chances of staying up nigh on impossible so the club have to go through a season of slow death, losing sponsors & investors, players etc. If they have fiddled the books then committed fraud to win their appeal they need not just the book throwing at them but the whole library.
