If a player is good enough and worth his place in the team a competent manager is one who has the ability to handle a bad attitude and change a poor temperament.
I can’t think it can be anything else other than Cole having a very bad attitude as to not going straight into side.
But I can see both sides of the coin. Cooks for dropping him for no doubt the player spitting his dummy and mouthing off and 2, the player who at the end of the day who’s young and probably brash only wants a chance to prove himself.I suppose it doesn’t help when your Dad is who he is.

They’ve only signed him on a contract to the end of this season, so no guarantee. I think it’s interesting that they’ve only signed him on such a short contract. It’s obvious he comes with a lot of baggage.

Preferably not but it depends how good he is I suppose.
Then again he’s not the only player Cook seems to have had issues with.
