2 absolute tools were sat behind me today. ES4, row W. Both had nothing to say but negative rubbish. And one had a horrible scream, it hurt my ears! Does anyone know who they are or could be? They are clueless!!
I have the same in ES5 – I think Dave sits behind me. Never hear anything positive, does not cheer or chant but jesus, he can’t half moan when a pass goes astray.

And let’s have it right, I actually NEVER start balling and shouting at anyone, the players, the ref, nobody.
And you know why? Because I’m not thick. I realise that me venting my spleen at anybody will achieve just about nothing. No. My game is spent simply watching the match, quietly chatting with my panel who sit near me, about what is wrong and what is right. The only shouting comes from a bloke 2 rows in front and his pal. They look like the Likely Lads, as it happens. Both aged 50 odd. Apart from that, only the old khunt who sits to our right (The old 2hat must have got a season ticket there) who moans and shouts “Get it knocked forward!” all the match. I swear that the old khunt will keel over soon.
In actual fact, I’m probably one of the most ‘laid back’ people in the ground. The fact that I actually DO think we are going to struggle this season, and the fact that I DO think our squad is nowhere near good enough is by the by. All my thoughts are, are my own opinion. Whether I am right or not, I don’t know. We’ll see, come next May. If I am wrong, I think that other clubs failings will be largely responsible. If I am right, I’ll be honest, I WILL make a big point of saying ‘Told you so’. There will be no shock horror, and big inquest from me, as I’ve already said what the problem is. (I walked away on Saturday glad we’d won, but also under no illusions that it was far from a great performance)
I’ll come out now and say that I think we’ll have a good idea come NOVEMBER, whether or not we will probably stay up. We’ll have played both Hull and Burnley away by then. And if we haven’t taken points from those games, then I think we’ll have serious problems.
By my calculations, we’ll end up with 40- 42 points this season, maximum. Will that be enough? I don’t know.
