He was an up and coming manager at Championship level, he’s had a go at Premier League, and clearly isn’t ready yet.
For his own sake he needs to consider whether this is doing his reputation any good. Within a few weeks there’ll be a vacancy at a Championship or League 1 club where he can continue to hone his skills. He should consider whether he would be better being in a place to apply for such a job.

would of been happy with one !I agree I think its time he did the decent thing and go. Its a shame, I think most wanted it to work out for him but he’s simply out of his league. We need someone who will make us a solid unit. I appreciate he wants us to play the right way and that would work if we could afford the players to do that sort of thing but we cant.
