this has been put on here before but if the country voted to leave the European Union what would happen to all the European footballers?
Woul they have to apply for work permits etc……..Yes they would (I believe), but to get a work-permit they would have to show they were an exceptional talent.
Which would cover most of the Premier League signings. Residency rules would then give others a way in. Basically it would be the same as we have now for non-EU players, and there seem quite a lot of them.
