I have to say no actually, there’s an incorrect amount of commas/capital letters.
No need for the comma (probably a typo) after the question mark and there’s a need for a capital E in ‘either’. Besides that I think you’ve done okay.

No need for an apology. We’re just having an AGM for pedants. The conversation is usually a bit dull, but they lay on a cracking buffet.
