EFL actually found guilty on salary cap

So the salary cap was forced in against the regulations.

Something needs to be done, but obviously it has to follow a process that EFL didn’t, not unlike appointing skint, bankrupt and gambling mad addicts if football clubs.

Away a lot, but always watching

The efl have no excuse for this. Everybody knows you have to get it ratified by Barnsley first.

Cant wait for Sunderland to start whinging about the amount if players they could gave had or kept if it had been since season started
