Stoijkovic, Kingson, Bramble, Melchiot, Scharner,
Players of note In,
Al Habsi, Alcaraz, Mcarthur, Bosseli.
So thats 2 dodgy keepers out and 1 decent in, with the young lad coming through aswell. seems good business to me. Bramble out Alcaraz in, time will tell but seems good to me, Think he will fit into Bobbys football style more than Titus, I think were daft letting him go for a reported 1 million though, shocking. McArthur for Scharner, sad to see paul leave but again i think were improving, And Bosseli looks the part. I just think a new right back, centre back and striker required. By all acounts the young lads and trialists wern’t too bad at coldham t’other day n’all. Encouring
I can see Bobby’s team coming together now, we cant afford to sell more players though.
I was going to say i’m a bit shocked that people are writing our new signings off already but i’m not really.
I’m just chuffed that were in the prem and most of us are confident that there are atleast 5 teams worse than us, rewind 10 years and you wouldn’t have suggested that in public in fear of being ridiculed.
Quite looking forward to this season, however I was looking forward to the world cup and that didn’t pan out to well but hey, cant wait and am paying for season ticket tomorow, roll on August 14

Must admit agree with everything PWU says and I am also looking forward to this season proabably more than the previous 4 [looking forward to our first season in the prem will be a feeling that is never bettered!]

What a journey!It’s just a balanced view on things. Must admit though that I am slightly surprised i haven’t been asked to take my rose tinted glasses off or called Whelans love child yet though.
Having never seen any of our new players play even on the telly, I couldn’t comment on their quality (never got round to watching Paraguay in that poor excuse for a World Cup)
I would have driven those two keepers to the airport myself, but I’m not convinced that we’ll be in a financial position to get anyone of the proven Prem quality of Bramble or Scharner (or Melchiot for that matter). If he’s banking on Caldwell as one CH I’m worried. Boyce at RB I’m more relaxed about.
Ronnie Stam, so thats the right back sorted, well done Bobby, were getting there, just a centre back now although we already have Alcaraz, Gohouri, Boyce, Caldwell.Up front Suarez is reportedly on his way, things are looking good, very good.
