…bleedin eck did anyone see the end of the U21’s game in Serbia.
England scored with last kick of game and celebrated as the final whistle was blown. Suddenly the Serbia players started to attack the English lads and it ended with players, officials, managers the lot in a free for all.
Young Danny Rose got a shedfull of racist chanting and as he walked off he put his thumb up to the crowd and made a monkey gesture. As the players left the field it all kicked off again with Steve Wigley the English ass manager getting punched and kicked from 5 or 6 Sebia officials and players.
Unbelievable, Serbia should be banned from International football for 5 years after that lot. :woohoo:
From Matlock to ManU
What a journey!16 October 2012 at 11:50 pm #95064Should be banned but will only be a slap on the wrist from the useless EUFA
18 October 2012 at 2:58 am #95160Just reading this article about the history of trouble at Serbia games
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-19975880and had to laugh at the line about a couple of years ago
“Certain fan groups had organised the disruption as a protest against Serbia’s goalkeeper Vladimir Stojkovic”It all starts to make sense. :)

18 October 2012 at 12:11 pm #95182Serious question here…
The treatment dished out to our black players is scandalous and quite rightly they, the FA, the media and everybody generally is up in arms about it.
I wonder though, if the French, for example, get the same treatment? I know Balotelli has had similar incidents with Italy but surely UEFA/FIFA would have to do something if it is countries other than England that are suffering from this kind of abuse?
We know it it is just England they will do nothing.
18 October 2012 at 1:13 pm #95183UEFA are useless with these kind of issues. They don’t know how to discipline people/clubs or countries at all.
This is a matter for FIFA, They need to sanction some serious punishments to both the Serbia U-21 and full squad to make an example and issue a warning to every other country that it will not be tolerated. Spain should have got the treatment a few years ago, No chance of punishing them though. Platini is just an England hating joker.

There Iies the probem Yosser if they ban Serbia then the prescedence is set. What happens if the Spanish,ItaIians or Sausage eaters who have aII in the past had raciaI issues offend again?.There is never any chance of the big nations being banned ever.Thats why I beIieve FIFA and EUFA continue to bury their heads in the sand.

Indeed Nuneaton there would be an imediate lawsuit filed by the Serbian FA if one of the nations you mentioned got off lightly
19 October 2012 at 12:57 pm #95224I think FIFA & UEFA have shown where their priorities lie in the past when Nikolas Bendtner & Man City got fined for breaking advertising regs & returning on to the pitch less than a minute late, than both Porto & Serbia got fined for being found guilty of their fans racist chanting/behaviour
One set of circumstances costs them money with sponsors & the other doesn’t19 October 2012 at 6:44 pm #95259Eufa / platini are a joke and i dont expect much of a punishment to be dished out to Serbia. He is more bothered about keeping these countries on his side so when Blatter does step aside he has plenty of friends to vote him in…
Look at the punishment they gave Lazio, 32k fine!! nothing to a football club let alone a national team..19 October 2012 at 10:04 pm #95269Eufa / platini are a joke and i dont expect much of a punishment to be dished out to Serbia. Look at the punishment they gave Lazio, 32k fine!! nothing to a football club let alone a national team..One might even argue that the FA aren’t much better dishing out a 4 game ban to Terry re. the Ferdinand / Terry incident (Gomez got 3 at Sunderland (rescinded) for doing nowt ! – where’s the sense in that ??
The MIGHTY sir AF now wants to take Jason Roberts to task for his refusal to wear ‘ Kick It out (racism)’ shirt this weekend given his lack of conviction that enough is being done by the Powers that be ..
Quote, unquote …
“All the players are wearing it. I have only heard that Jason Roberts is different. But he is very different: he plays a game and is in the studio 20 minutes after it. That is a great privilege.”
This wouldn’t be Alex, the one who chooses which post-match interviews he wishes to attend (BBC/No BBC), which questions are up for discussion, would it. SPECIAL and PRIVILEGED indeed. A*** more like !!
Good on yer Jason !!

I agree with the FA thing, bit up en down for me as they seemed to come down heavy on Suarez but not as heavy on Terry?
As for the kick it out scandal, there could be a bit of reverse psychology going on here. Robert’s decision to not wear that T-shirt has definitely raised the campaigns profile
