He was picked up by Kansas City Wizards in 2008 and went on to play 113 games for the club, scoring two goals.

Defensive midfielders aren’t purchased to be prolific… Trust Bobby!! ;)
18 December 2012 at 5:00 pm #98236Two goals… that’ll make him nearly as good as Di Santo then
18 December 2012 at 5:24 pm #98238Two goals… that’ll make him nearly as good as Di Santo thenSo by your reasoning your beloved Al-Habsi is as good as Di Santo if not worse?
This is another good signing for the club and I am hoping he can hit the ground running.

No Spauding!! That’s too positive!!
And Di Santo is clearly better than Al-Habsi.. Look at the goals to games ratio!! ;)

There does seem to be an air of negativity on here recently.
In fact its only our own “supporters” who seem to be tipping us for relegation!!!
IRONY
It is obvious to see this is all part of a master plan by Sir Roberto to enable us to take our opponents by surprise and steam on ahead to a comforatable mid table finish.
well done robertoooooooooooooooooo goodpost

You’ve confused the flip out of me with that analogy… I’ll have a go now
If spectacular saves were goals then ali is ahead of Di Santo by a long chalk. If bog standard saves were attempts on gaol then ali is out of sight of Dross Santo

I don’t think we will be relegated.. Don’t see it as a threat to be honest.
Get our injured/banned players back and we will be fine.
And I agree, Roberto lures the opponents into a false sense of security then walks all over them!! We will finish 9th! B)
18 December 2012 at 6:44 pm #98251being honest i think our prem league days are nearing its end
for me its overated, greedy quite boring in some ways same thing every year high expectations
only to be lulled into a false belief we will do better this season and struggle instead
with mcarthy now ruled out for a spell its not looking good
and with our two strikers who couldnt score in last orders or harrys bar never mind on the field
championship might come as a breath of fresh air so the saying goes18 December 2012 at 6:55 pm #98252being honest i think our prem league days are nearing its end

It may be greedy but I don’t think it is boring.. Our fans (Not the plastic ones) have waited a long time and have prayed for us to get here, and I’m pretty sure most real supporters will want us to stay there (Just my opinion, although admittedly I always preferred the ‘proper’ lower league away games!), but still I would never want or wish for us to go down :)
