Everton have bid £10 million for McCarthey.(according to D.W.) The same club and people who derided Manchester Utd for derisory bidding for their players. I’m not saying £10 million is a derisory bid, but in today’s market a valuation of £15 million for a young player like McCarthey is spot on. If Martinez is so keen on our players why didn’t he stay here as shortly he will have most of the old Wigan team back with him.
