the thing that annoys me about away travel is the fact you have to be a member of the supporters club to gain acces to the coaches. iv been a tics fan for a long time now and i follow the team as much as i can to away matches. however i am sick of forking out a fortune for travel. i am not a member of the supporters club and the fact you have to PAY a fiver plus your coach seat to support your own team to an away match is ridiculous in my eyes. why are there no coaches going to away matches that are for the reguler, average wigan athletic supporter? id accept paying the same amount as members of the supporters club do for it cos lets face its still the cheapest way of getting there but why should we be have to be members of the supporters club to do so? all the away coaches that bring the away fans to our ground are not members of their supporters group (maybe some are but definately not all of them) so why can’t we just have a simple coach service to away matches without having to be members of the supporters club? its ridiculous of you ask me.

The £5 per SEASON is what makes the coaches so cheap, it is what allows a Supporters Club Bar to be available in close proximity to the ground.

When it boils down to it, it works out at around 25p per away trip, without taking into account the cost of the room for the Bar.

You winge because you don’t use the coaches throughout the season and when something free comes up you fire off like the victim Liverpool fan.
