26 January 2014 at 9:26 pm #126398Can we choose who to play?
26 January 2014 at 9:28 pm #126399Can we choose who to play?Only in the semi finals ;)
26 January 2014 at 9:41 pm #126400Cardiff it is then, another round the holders will probably not be on the tele.
26 January 2014 at 9:43 pm #126401Not on the telly? Bovered? Could have been much worse and a reasonable chance of the quarters.
26 January 2014 at 9:44 pm #126402Would have taken Cardiff at home, we may need a replay…could have been far worse though.
What potential though if we can get past Cardiff. 2 out of the big 4 deffo out. Definitely 1 or good chance of 2 other Championship teams in the 6th Round.
This is just starting to look a bit like last year all over again….
26 January 2014 at 9:46 pm #126403Cardiff … Not too bad …
City v Chelsea & Arsenal v Liverpool is good news for the likes of us mortals.
26 January 2014 at 9:53 pm #126404Hopefully these new players Cardiff are signing will be cup-tied im quietly confident.
26 January 2014 at 10:47 pm #126406Just been on City’s message board and they seem to be happy with the draw and think its a walk over. Just have to prove them wrong won’t we?

I may just take an FA Cup win and a relegation. With Ole rebuilding the squad and getting them playing we could come back stronger. They want to be us
27 January 2014 at 12:02 am #126413If we’re going to be drawn against a Premier league team then you’d choose Cardiff, bottom of the league, new manager and unproven, priority being league survival and a clown of an owner that has alienated the fans. Also we can play in blue when we play the bluebirds..

Exactly.
As I said to the chap next to me yesterday down at the DW … as regards the FA Cup going back in March (replica presented), they forgot to add it’s only being lent back to the FA (couple of months) … it’s coming back to Wigan on May B) :cheer:
Seriously, were the unthinkable to happen …. would anyone (Whelan – albeit businessman) forsake promotion this year, FA Cup retention preferred ?
Once was unbelievable, two ? … well (off to the shrink)
