to all you lot who were waxing lyrical about the articulate manager and his positive spin the other night,time to wake up and smell the coffee,
this team the spanish one is creating is on a fast track to oblivion,even his old side swansea have managed to achieve 3rd in the championship something the “special one” couldnt do, even though we took their so called best players :lol:
some may say its not his fault its the players,i say get a sub standard manager,second rate backroom staff and 3rd rate players and this is what happens.
the problem is for the rest of the season, it sends out signals to other teams ‘wigan are c r a p we can walk all over them’ if you want further evidence of this put sky sports on and watch stoke v pompey,portsmouth are awful worst tam(other than us i have seen) and we were lucky to get away with a four goal thrashing against them.

I was thinking exactly the same thing myself when reading some of the “Fans Forum” posts on here on Wednesday.
The attitude seemed to be that because he could explain his actions in some games well & said that Scotland was great then it must be so coz he said it & made sense.
Well, most people on here have at some point spoke some sense about the game & appeared to know what they were on about – it doesn’t make em qualified to be a football manager though
