Was in the hospitality for the stoke game with good ol’ shandii, Sharing a table with a few stoke lads. They told me they had 21,000 season ticket holders. I didnt as them how much a s/t was but i reckon 350/400 approx? thats £7,350,000 (if using the lowest). Naming rights, obviously Britannia. that would be worth more than the D.W. situation. say we have 9,500 s/t @ 250 thats £2,375,000!!!!!! they can afford it and peter coates is wealthier than DW.

As for the present, we can’t spend what we don’t have, who’s next for financial meltdown….? sunderland? …. stoke? …
I am convinced we will be ok this year- we have a young team which can only get better,but that’s not to say we don’t need 2 or three additions to the squad,and I think we will get them – god knows who, mind you! :think:
anyway, the gist is, chill… things are not as bad as you might think!
