right i might have a go at this one but first i need to ask is it a trick question is it the football world cup or do you mean the world cup in another sport like darts or sailing or water polo or tiddly winks i need to know this fact first before i have a guess so i do not make myself look stupid anyway is this a football question or not :?: :?: :?:

Oh yes, Egypt is the correct answer, they got dumped out of the 1934 Tournament by Hungary 4-2.
