Did anyone else notice the lack of fitness in the team. A few occassions i noticed that players looked really off the pace. The first time was in the first half N’Zogbia had a run with the ball and then lost it. Then Stam took the ball from Malouda and then N’Zogbia was pointing to Stam to go the other way with his hands on his waste out of breath. Diame made a break and when he lost the ball he had his hands around his waste and out of breath. On numerous occassions players didn’t look up to full speed and our back 4 where left for dead on a few occassions.
The point I’m raising is that my brother in law says that we don’t have a fitness coach. I think we are under prepared for the new season and they don’t seem to have match fitness and I think this must be addressed.
