Should make the Doncaster last away game interesting I think I’ll camp out for that one.
11 April 2018 at 2:43 pm #168161Preference given to those in que and online sales and phone sales closed now apparently.
11 April 2018 at 3:22 pm #168166You would have had to be very lucky online. I a PC on bband not a phone and 150mb line and was faced with timeout while the tickets were in the basket. I eventually got in only to be faced with timed out while assigning the tickets.
I never got to the pay here page, it just timed out again then said *SOLD OUT*It’s the usual Latics senario,
Queue up or fook off !
And there usual response “It weren’t us it was a ticketmaster error” and as for telephone ? , errr no thanks not after the Utd fiasco and £20 landline bill
11 April 2018 at 3:25 pm #168167If it’s any consolation there’s a riot at DW where only about 30 fans got served through one window before they said they were all sold out. Same old shambles.
11 April 2018 at 5:30 pm #168168Ticket office were slower than slow this morning. Only two serving!!
But when all said & done it ain’t the clubs fault we only got 1100 tickets. It’s all the day trippers jumping on the bandwagon and having their first away day that’s the biggest problem.

The problem is solely down to the low allocation of 1100, nothing else. If there were 2000 tickets available there would have been no problem getting a ticket today.
11 April 2018 at 7:36 pm #168173How do we know 1100 tickets were snapped up by day trippers having their first away day? Surely they would have been at Oldham Bury Blackpool or Rochdale as a first away trip prior to this one.
Like it’s said Highbury is a non league stadium with a tiny capacity and that’s the problem.
However some sort of token system should be in place for high demand games. Thing is there aren’t that many really.11 April 2018 at 8:31 pm #168175How do we know 1100 tickets were snapped up by day trippers having their first away day?Precisely.
I suspect that all have been sold to people who have been to games regularly.
Be grateful we have sold them easily, will have a vociferous following, and hopefully will bring home the points.
And no – I haven’t got a ticket.11 April 2018 at 9:24 pm #168177How do we know 1100 tickets were snapped up by day trippers having their first away day? Surely they would have been at Oldham Bury Blackpool or Rochdale as a first away trip prior to this one.

It’s local, by the seaside, a short tram ride from Blackpool centre & we’re nearly up. That makes it more attractive than Bury or Oldham donny and there will have been people who haven’t been away this season who fancied this one, just like Blackpool last time.
Hopefully they didn’t get a ticket but it adds to the rush.12 April 2018 at 12:25 am #168180Don’t worry guys it will be the usual 2 to 3 hundred next season.

And no – I haven’t got a ticket.[/quote]Never even considered going. After the experience at Fylde….no thanks. Don’t want to take my kids among a load of ignorant bellends on a pissed up jolly again.
I think it’ll not be a decisive game, anyhow. We will be crowned champions the day we beat Wimbledon at DW. I’m convinced.
12 April 2018 at 2:24 am #168182Which is after the Fleetwood game.
12 April 2018 at 4:33 pm #168190Despite being timed out yesterday and being informed transaction incomplete 5 tickets for Fleetwood arrived this morning, cant get my head around that one.
12 April 2018 at 7:09 pm #168191And on the flip-side, my eleven year old lad was desperate to go to Fleetwood, but we can’t because he has a rugby match that day.
