With the Prem starting up again on June 17th, are we going to do the same thing. It’s a lot of matches to get in, let’s hope Leeds fuck it up again.
I watched a bit of the German stuff and without the crowd it is like watching park football (all be it a better quality). Out of it clubs may go back to ( if they have taken it for granted) recognising the value that a crowd adds To the spectacle and to the finances.
Shows also that home advantage only exists when the crowd is there. Not sure about this week, but up to last week there were only about 4 home wins out if 30 ganes
All rosy before lockdown and now I have a nagging worry about the return into empty grounds.
A massive concern but not as big as how the club will operate and function without the crowds bringing the cash in.I must be fucking thick, a Preston player is found positive and can is told he can continue training next Monday his team mates are continuing training!!! I thought his team mates should then shield for 14 days so how can kick off be on Saturday 20th June back to my wine.
Depends if he’s been in contact with them yet or not doesn’t it. It has all been non-contact training so far so perhaps he has been training on his own. I imagine that any Preston players that need to isolate will be doing so.

We have a distinct advantage over most of our opponents as we have a lot of experience in playing in front of rows of empty seats :lol:
