I dont want any “no sh1t sherlock” comments for stating the obvious, but if we had taken our chances against everton, villa, west brom & norwich & won those games, i wonder what the comments/messages would be on here from
both lightside & darkside.

Sorry, it does sound a bit pointless dosen’t it. What i was meant to say b4 internet packed in, if we had won those said games which i think would have put us on 35 points, thus requiring probably one more win for safety, would the comments from both lightside & darkside be ones of positivity, negativity or some other comnent.
Having checked the league today and weighed up the situation, what is interesting and sort of back up your point is that we’ve lost less games than the other 4 teams in the battle, but have won less as well. Too many draws in games that as you say, we should have won.
After the poor season weve had those 4 games where we played so well were the games that could and should have helped us pull away from the pack.We now have a mountain to climb but I still believe we are more than capable of achieving that in our present vein of form.If we can nail one of these next three big shots then thats the springboard to safety.Saturday prediction 0-1…
