Looks like we got outclassed looking at the stats.
Always a defeat that one , a bogey team of ours and how many results do we ever get in London anyway?

Absolutely Vince never an easy place to go and always an expected loss

So a good chance to go there and try something different than the one up top crap.
If we went into the game expecting fuck all, why not go there and play Garner up top with the big lad. FFS give the lad a chance.
Expecting a loss is just not acceptable.

Not Anfield ffs……0 shots on target and basically toyed with……27 competitive away games 1 win…..creating nothing from open play. I for one am tired of this stomachless drivel and Cooks wank excuses……really want him gone but Stoke liable to lead chase for Houghton, snooze you lose .

Absolutely Latics fans at their “eeeeeee ne mind”, and their “Hard place anyway” and “Always a defeat that one” best as per usual.

Honestly I pish my sides at some of you lot. Between some of you on here and Cooks post match report we might as well have well have sent the Academy side down London and the 1st team gone to Derbys bonding night out.

Easy init, when were utter utter sh1t praise the opposition for been so good.
Would they have looked so good if we had er turned up and given them a game or simply frustrated Fulham.

As for Moore ?, wins alot of ball but all for nothing Paul you need a new tactic there m8 if you haven’t noticed long ball big lad is not working m8, period. Fookin hell it’s like going down memory lane watching Kevin Francis at Springfield Park.

I’ll say it again, we do not have 1 fookin creative player in the squad not a fookin one. No tradesmen all labourers grafting their sacks off but that’s about it. Hard work and endeavor will only get you so far then you need that spark to ignite it. Again and again and again, Cook opts for grafters who’ll run their sacks off but it’s simply not enough.

So lets say, theres 8 to 10 sides:- “Eeeeeee ne mind, I thout we’d lose anyway” clubs in our League. We lose to them in your eyes that’s fine.
But, what happens if and when fellow strugglers do us ?. I will enlighten you, we will be in the same fookin hole we’ve been in for the past few seasons.
We have on paper one of the best squads outside the top 8 in our League, again, on paper on the field we dont.

Horses for courses and I’m afraid Cooks gone to the wrong meeting. Regular shite tactics, no ball player, lump it up front rather than pace wide utter shite Paul , shite

Spot on………how long do we have to listen to him big up up everyone we play . This league is competitive but no one looks outstanding .7 points between us and edge of play offs so why does he keep bleating on about quality sides we’ve played week in ,week out ??? Since Moores signing he’s hung him out to dry with his 70 yard balls to him in isolation. Strikers grave yard yet again….no balls in from wide for him to attack. Soon be putting him on bench cos no goals and revert back to Garner. Really is time for management to do their job and unload him.

You know my thoughts on the lone striker don but every manager we have had lately employs this tactic. It’s no coincidence that Keifer couldn’t stop scoring at Barnsley yet 5 mins with us he cant hit a bulls arse with a banjo.

What’s worrying me is that Moore can’t even get the banjo in the first place and the bulls arse might as well be in another field

You would think the penny would have dropped by now that his tactics away from home are not working.

This is the sequence for the last 29 away games, LWLLLLLLLDLLDLLLDLLLDLWDLLLDL

P29 W2 D6 L21 is atrocious, nice bloke, but totally out of his depth, he’s got to go, and very soon.

                  The grim facts are thus

Negative tactics are hurting us badly especially on the road.
Its 6 years since we left the greed league yet we still don’t except we need different formations and tactics in the lower leagues.
Cookie is a brilliant guy and a Latics legend but like Bobby he is rigid in his style and doesn’t change.

Our pathetic away record isn’t by accident and even law of averages doesn’t change our fortunes away from the DW.

My message is, Paul please rethink your tactics and let’s try to sort this out quickly before we are cut adrift. Our strikers are ineffective for a reason other than they are crap. They were good until they came here. Come on you Latics.

Well done to you all, you deserve a medal.
That is a fantastic turnout all things considered.

Before Friday Fulham hadn’t won in 6 mostly draws so they weren’t actually ripping up trees. For me we should have been goung there looking to frustrate Fulham not to simply hand it to them on a plate then blow their trumpet on how good they were.

It’s not so much about Fulham winning it’s about how we performed again when playing away.
I’m afraid we are back were we ended last season, balancing on the drop line.
For me its panning out like this, we cant get fook all away points wise so that’s 21 games down the pisser.

We will be solely be relying on home form. The way we are playing we will get jack all against half the clubs in the Division so it will only take a couple of poor losses against fellow strugglers and that’s it, down we’ll go.

To me Cooks last card has been played, big lad up front.

Unless we have an attacking midfielder upsides or a 2nd forward on then he might as well be nodding it to me in the stands. It’s an absolute stupid tactic 1 man up front no support.
It’s time for a change before this festers into another weekly struggle were we never come up for air and the pressure on the players becomes all to much.
